28/09/09 - Our second classroom being built.

21/05/09 - We are very pleased to report that the first classroom is now finished. The children are already using the first classroom. We would like to thank everyone involved with the sponsorship. Below is photo's of the classroom and also a photo of Mwana, the founder of the school.

21/02/09 - Construction of the new school building starts in earnest, here you can see the delivery of the sand and cement, followed by the delivery of the blocks. Below are the photo's of Mwana and Kibibi with the deliveries.

26/12/08 - Kick for Kikambala

On Sunday 7th of September the JP Morgan Bournemouth Summer Interns presented Kick for Kikambala. It was a charity event to help raise funds for the construction of the new School building. The event was very successful and with the money that was raised, the building plans can now go ahead. We would like to thank Sian Roberts for organising the event and also we thank everyone who took part on the day. Below is a photo of  the Interns and also a few of the children from the nursery school.

03/12/08 - It was when Venice Beach visited Kikambala in May this year, she was inspired by the wonderful work that Mwana and Kibibbi do, that she has recently made a donation. With Venice's very generous donation the construction of the new school building can now start. Thanking you so much. Below is a photo of Venice, it was taken during her trip in May.
